Amending the Trade Union Act

The Ministry of Labour has circulated the Draft Trade Union Act for comment.

Amendments to the Trade Union Act are critical to BEC members, seeing the recent issues relating to Sandy Lane Hotel and the Royal Shop.

Therefore Jeff Cumberbatch’s session on this Act will be held to get the members’ views on this matter.
