Will The BEC Interfere In My Business?

BEC is specifically forbidden by its constitution from interference in the business of a member.


Is BEC Membership For Unionised Companies Only?

No! You don’t have to be unionised to be a member of the BEC. Many BEC members are not unionised. BEC members are encouraged to treat their employees fairly and observe the law and proper employment practices. cxc c


 Is BEC Membership For "BIG" Companies Only?

No! Any company small or large can benefit from BEC’s services. Some of our members employ less than 10 persons.


Is BEC Membership Expensive?

Current basic annual subscriptions are only $945 (1 to 10 employees) with fees for additional employees. Members are entitled to Unlimited advice and representation on all industrial relations matters.
