Why be a member of the BEC?
- To be able to influence the creation of Industrial Relations Laws and Regulations.
- To be more effective through an organization than you would be as an individual.
- To discover new opportunities for developing your employees.
- To be kept abreast of current Human Resources Practices.
- To have timely access to information on wage demands and settlements.
Membership Agreement
- I wish to become a member of the BEC and I hereby agree if accepted to abide by its Constitution, Rules and Conditions of Membership.
- I agree to observe the arrangement made by the Trade Group to which I agree to be allocated in respect of any trade union agreements or settlement of any difference or dispute in which I or any other member of the Group is concerned.
- In general, I agree to consult the Confederation with regard to communications from Trade Unions and to advise them of agreements reached, or differences.
