Mrs. Siobhan Robinson-Morris joined the Barbados Employers’ Confederation (BEC) effective June 2010.

Prior to joining the Barbados Employers Confederation, Mrs. Robinson-Morris was employed with the Cave Hill School of Business-UWI as a Research Coordinator. In that capacity she was instrumental in laying the foundation for the company’s research department, then in its infancy.

Her strong analytical nature and experience in designing survey instruments, questionnaire administration, analysis and report writing led her to work on Employee Engagement and Customer Service initiatives with well respected companies and associations in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. Additionally, Ms. Robinson-Morris played a major role in the development and implementation of executive development and training initiatives across the region.

Mrs. Robinson-Morris is presently on the verge of completing a Masters Degree in Labour and Employment Relations at the University of the West Indies.
